Subject: Memo regarding the meeting for preparations for alumni meeting

Dear student members , we have arranged a meeting on 25-05-2010 for discussion of our preparation to host the past pupil alumni meeting. This is the first time we are hosting such an alumni meeting for the past pupils and expecting a turn out of more than 150 of them to attend this meeting. To show our love and gratitude for our seniors we have planned cultural programmes, testimonial sessions and lots more. To make this programme a success we have to work united with good planning. planning would go right only when we have consensus. With high respect to student members I request you all to be there for the meeting and give your valuable suggessions.
