minutes of the meeting held in connection with thd cultural festival on26-04-2010 at 5 pm in the convention center of the university

1. Number of days to be allotted for the cultural festival:
The cultural secretary proposed the request for a 3 days cultural festival which was agreed upon by all the members who were present in the meeting.

2. Judges to be selected for events like Jam, Dabating, shipwreck etc:
The discussion went on for 15 for the selection of judges for various cultural events and the list was finally prepared
Jam, Ship wreck: Craig,DJ, SS music
Tamil debate:Dr periyar dasan
English debate: Dr fernandez,Principal,Church park higher secondary school
The chief guests for other events will be decided at the event of next meeting

3.Venue for the festival:
Various venues were suggested for the cultural festival like raja annamalai hall, Taj coramandel conference hall etc. At last the college convention centre was selected to host the cultural festival.
